Definitions:

“APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club” means APHS Ltd - the Seller

“Member” means the APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club Member - the Buyer

“Provider” means the Third Party

The APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club negotiates unique savings for its members.
Offers are negotiated and put on the APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club website for members to benefit. The intention of the site is that APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club members have the advantage of securing preferential terms of purchase.
The APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club negotiates discounts for its members in good faith and takes no responsibility whatsoever for offers which have been changed, removed or updated by any of the providers. Any contract entered into in buying goods and services will be between the member and provider. The APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club does not accept any liability whatsoever arising from third party agreements.
Any purchase will be made solely on the terms and conditions agreed between member and provider. Any disagreement or complaint relating to any purchase should be directed by the member to the provider.
The APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club reserves the absolute right to amend prices and/or specifications shown on the website.
The APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club negotiates unique discounts for its members and cannot guarantee that members cannot buy any items shown on the site cheaper elsewhere.
The APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club negotiates offers for its members but does not make any recommendation to buy or use any services; this implies no direct or indirect advice whatsoever. Members make their own choices when selecting discounts that are on offer.
The APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club reserves the right to modify or withdraw any part of the website on a temporary or permanent basis. In joining the APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club members accept that the APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club shall not be liable for the modification or withdrawal of offers. The APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club reserves the right to modify terms and conditions as necessary and it is the members’ responsibility to check changes in terms and conditions.
The APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club reserves the right to withdraw the website with or without notice for necessary maintenance and updates to ensure the best and most current service is provided to members.
The APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club website may contain links to third party websites or programs that are not controlled by or affiliated with APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club. APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club is not responsible for the content, offers or privacy policies of such sites and programs, including member redemption of such offers or a provider’s refusal to honour any offer. Member dealings with third party sites are solely between the member and the applicable third party.
APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club offers may not be valid in conjunction with any other special offers, sales and events the individual establishments may already have in place.
In no event shall APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees or agents be liable (jointly or severally) to members for loss of use or any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club or these terms of service, on any theory of liability, and whether or not advised of the possibility of damage. If any applicable authority holds any portion of this section to be unenforceable, then liability will be limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by applicable law.
Each establishment has the right to refuse any APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club member within good reason for example – failure to produce membership card or the valid promotional codes.
In the event that a membership card is lost or stolen, a replacement card can be requested from APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club, a fee of £2.99 will be applicable to cover the cost of the card, postage and packaging.
APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant as APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club deems appropriate.
Membership cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the approved card owner. Proof of ID may be required on request by discount providers when using services and/or purchasing goods.
All members of the APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club will be given secured online access to offers negotiated by APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club via www.lifestyle-discount.com. Member username and password to the APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club website is for member personal use only and must not be shared or distributed to anyone else.
Membership fees can be paid by direct debit or PayPal. There are three payment options: Monthly Payments - Direct Debit, Monthly Payments - PayPal, Annual Subscription - PayPal. Direct Debit subscriptions will be debited from the members account on the first working day of each month. PayPal subscriptions will be debited from the members account on the anniversary date of joining the club as per the respective payment option selected.
APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club reserves the right to introduce promotional pricing and promotional codes as seen fit, these promotional offers can be withdrawn, changed and updated at any time. Any changes made to promotional pricing will be reflected in the payment options on www.lifestyle-discount.com.
The member shall be given no less than 10 working days written notice of any increase in the monthly membership fee.
All memberships are for a period of 12 months. If a member wishes to cancel membership after the 12 month period, the member is required give the APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club one month’s written notice. All memberships will be automatically renewed after 12 months, for a further 12 months, unless a cancellation is made in writing.
On cancellation, the membership card must be returned to APHS Group Lifestyle Discount Club within 28 days.
The standard administration fee for all annual memberships is £9.99.
All corporate packages are subject to a 90 day notice period, and are auto renewable for the original length of the contract.
Upon entering a corporate package with APHS Lifestyle Discount Club online access will be provided within 21 days.
